REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once packages have been dropped off at a shipping carrier (SF Express or Hong Kong Post) or picked by our local courier, we are no longer responsible for your package unless your item is defective.
Please inspect your package to ensure you have received all of your items and to ensure nothing is defective.
What should I do if any items in my order are defective?
If by chance you receive a defective item (this excludes physical damages to your package), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can understand the situation and provide you with a solution. Please email us at munchkinsnackswebsite@gmail.com with all of the details and photos of the product defect.
What should I do if I am missing an item?
If by chance you are missing an item, please let us know within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue and ship you the missing product!
